Getting Unstuck
Your Symptoms Are Pointing the Way
Do you ever get the feeling that there is some kind of deep-seated fear that your mind just won't let you access? It feels like if you go there, if you feel it, you just might find it unbearable. It seems almost life-threatening, and it is holding you back.
Many of my clients have felt stuck. They couldn't seem to move forward with their creative endeavors, their relationships were suffering, they were struggling financially, or they were dissatisfied with work. They didn't realize that underneath all the challenging situations, deep-seated fears were lurking.
One client avoided wealth altogether. As a kid, her family was rich — and miserable, so she learned to equate money with unhappiness. Another had been so hurt and betrayed in the past that she kept everyone at arm's length, unable to let anyone get close.
Fortunately, we are born with an inner guidance system that can clear fear-based thoughts and emotions. We just have to be taught how to use it. Most of us have learned to do the opposite: to distract ourselves, numb out, or push past distressing emotions. But those same painful feelings are actually like road signs pointing toward exactly what is needed to unlock our full potential. Instead of running from the discomfort, clients learn to use it. As they let themselves become aware of how the body is holding the emotions, they notice how simple it can be to release and transform the pain. They feel empowered, energized, even ready to say "Bring it on!" to the next challenge, because they know the challenges hold hidden gifts.
One client had a breakthrough that went beyond anything he expected. A skin disorder that hadn't responded to diet changes, cleanses, or medication began to clear up the moment he found its emotional root. Once he used the process I taught him to release the trauma and negative emotions stuck in his nervous system, his body was finally able to heal itself.
This is the heart of the work I do. I help people find exactly where fear, trauma, or unprocessed emotion is being stored. Whether it's in a thought pattern, a belief, or physical discomfort, we can clear it at the root, instead of managing the symptoms for years.
You don't have to wait for a health crisis, or hit a breaking point, to do this work. Whatever is showing up for you right now — in your relationships, your creativity, your business, your body, your finances — is likely pointing to the same kind of fears these clients were able to transform.
Helping people untangle the negative emotions that hold them back and cause physical symptoms is my passion.
If something in this resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you.
