Finding Your Way in Dark Times

I went to the Reno Hot Air Balloon Race once to assist some friends with their concession stand. It was always a lot of fun and quick-paced work to serve drinks and food at music festivals and other gatherings with them.

In Reno we made gallons of coffee and hot chocolate for the sleepy, but enthusiastic, pre-dawn participants. We were up and ready at 3:30 a.m. as the crowd gathered to watch the balloon owners preparing to take off at first light.

The concession stand was swamped with a long line of adults in need of their morning fortification, and kids wanting their special treats.

Everyone was so excited to see the colorful balloons; you could hear the rushing sound as the fires were lit and the balloons began to fill. The vivid colors glowing in the dark night were an awe-inspiring and magical site

And as the dawn came, the race began.

"I had my first appointment with Leslie recently. I can honestly say that the day after the experience, I felt such a lightness and clarity that I hadn't felt in months. She really helps move along stuck or old unneeded energy in such a gentle non-judgmental way. I will carry this experience with me as an example of how I can live every day. I highly recommend Leslie's services." JD business owner
